Warm & Cozy - 19th Dec Sketch

Welcome to Stuck On U Sketches.
Jane (aka Scossie Jane) with you today.
It's nearly Christmas!
Hope you are all!!
I'm continuing with my glitter frenzy for
this latest sketch from our Nanne,
 which you will find on
 the right sidebar.

More of the pretty papers from the
"Cozy" Collection

Just about everything on the page is glittered!
(Even my Craft Room is glittered - it does get everywhere!)
Except the gorgeous bling flourish
 Zva Creative.

Stunning flowers from
Wild Orchid Crafts
 "Ivory Tuscany Roses"
(glittered of course).
Leaves from
 "Splendor Winter"
(added more glitter than was already on them)!!

A lovely wee piece of sparkly lace
 from my stash.

The wee sprigs are a die from
 Wild Rose Studio
 "Winter Bouquet" - glittered.
The large snowflake is also a die from
Wild Rose Studio
"Lacy Snowflake".

And a lovely photo of eldest
 Granddaughter, Rebekah,
 from 2012.

Thanks for popping in to see us today.
Remember to come back everyday for tons of
inspiration from my fellow SOUS Sisters
and join in the challenges by clicking
on the sketch or die-cut buttons
 on the sidebar.
Hope you will join us.
Merry Christmas
Hugs & Kisses

Christmas Eve

This is Rosie from As Seen In My Scrapbook with my take on another fabulous sketch by Nanne. Pulling out all my Christmas products for Christmas cards and December Daily motivated me to finally scrap these photos from last Christmas ;))

As you can see, I've turned this single page sketch in to a double page layout, the easiest way to do so is to duplicate the 2nd page as a "mirror image" of the sketch.

Here is a closer look at the left side:

and now the right side:

Here's another shot of the 2 pages together.
{supplies: card stock-Bazzil; paper, chipboard, sequins, sticker-Tinsel & Co. Teresa Collins; pearl & rhinestone flourish-Prima}

Click on the current sketch challenge in the sidebar to link up your creation with the sketch!

Last Sketch challenge of 2014

Sad to see 2014 slowly coming to an end, but its just a few weeks away isn't it..

We're sharing with you our last sketch challenge for 2014 and todays sketch was designed by me, Nanné..
Here is out sketch:

and here is the layout I created using today's sketch:
I decided to add a square photo to a round photo mat :)

how about a few close ups:
The photo is of my eldest son Aaron, which was a taken about 3 years while he was at work at his dad's garage.
He was giving me a smirky smile :)

I created this fun title into one of the circles..

and there you have my take on this weeks sketch..
Now, one of our Design Team members will be show casing their takes on this weeks sketch everyday till next Friday when we will post our last challenge for this year..

and now for our top3 from the die cut challenge of Nov 28th-into the woods:

Congratulations ladies for being chosen our top 3.. You can grab out top3 badge from the side bar and show case it proudly on your blogs :)  Very well done..

JOY: Die Cut Challenge

Welcome to this week's die cut challenge with Stuck on U Sketches! This is Vivian and I would like to share with you my latest home decor with you.

It is the 'JOY' file from Scrapping Bug Designs.

I found the perfect frame for it at Michael's and voila! It's really that simple.

Remember: The challenge is "Anything Christmas". Simple, right?

Please visit my blog for extra details on supplies and bonus photos.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Since this project is in a frame behind glass, I had to make sure
to keep the letters and mice "flat".
